Workforce Solutions Deep East Texas may have just the program you need. Texas Back to Work offers cash incentives for hiring out-of-work Texans.

Texas Back to Work is a new wage-subsidy program from the Texas Workforce
Commission administered through Workforce Solutions Deep East Texas.

When you hire from a qualified pool of unemployed Texas workers, your business may be
eligible to receive up to $2,000. The monthly subsidies are provided during the first four months of employment. Newly hired workers who were receiving unemployment benefits may qualify you for this cash incentive.

Workforce Solutions Deep East Texas Business Services Unit Representatives can help you identify qualified job seekers and offer recruitment and prescreening of eligible applicants.
